Congratulations to Al Goudie
Congratulations to Al Goudie who has just arrived back from the European Karate Championships in Turkey. She came third this year in the under 21s, which was good as she has moved up an age group since last year. She had five fights and beat Georgia, Slovenia, Azerbaijan and Finland and lost by a point to Serbia. She was also selected to be the only female representative for England at a senior open weight team competition in Tenerife.
Al is also playing netball for UCL 2nds this year.

On a beautifully sunny Saturday in October Oxford High School played host to a group of returning alumnae who had decided that their 50th birthdays were something to be celebrated with a party.

Seventy alumnae, one of whom had joined the Kindergarten in 1922, enjoyed a visit to 21 Banbury Road, "the old school".
The Oxford High School 130th Anniversary Lunch for alumnae and former staff was held on Saturday, 11th February 2006
On a perfect sunny winter's day, 120 alumnae and past members of staff celebrated the 130th birthday of their school.
On Tuesday 5th July 2005 members of the Oxford High School Alumnae Association came back to school!
On Tuesday July 5th 2005, more that 80 alumnae, some accompanied by their partners/husbands, returned for what was to be a decidedly unusual afternoon.

We started with the warmest of welcomes from Felicity Lusk, Headmistress, and from Jane Bale, Chairman of the Alumnae committee, then vintage champagne in the Library, followed by a marvellous lunch, where we were arranged in decades from the 1930s to recent leavers.
